We're funding research on this?

      Apparently there's been a major breakthrough in anthropological science.  It's been discovered that women don't topple over while pregnant, and even more importantly, we now know why.  I would have thought a simple, "Because they don't." would have satisfied, you know, everyone, but apparently not.  

      Gist of the article:  Women really are baby making machines, they were designed for the job.

UPDATE:  So far the best response I've seen to the article on the internet: "Because they have a stove or a countertop to lean on!"  Yeah.  Sexism.  w00t!

UPDATE II:  An equally good response:  "Because their butts get bigger, duh!"
